Shipping and Returns



We recommend that you get professionally sized by a local jeweler. In some cases, we may be able to resize the ring up or down ¼ of a size without needing to remake the ring. In these instances, we offer simple resizing free of charge, all we ask is that you cover the cost of shipping for return. Due to the nature of wood rings, we offer this resizing option when applicable only once.

If more of a sizing adjustment is needed and we need to remake the ring, the remake cost is as follows:

  • For a non-custom ring, the remake will cost 60% of the original cost of the ring, not including taxes.
  • For custom rings, the remake will cost 85% of the original cost of the ring, not including taxes.

Resizing usually takes 2-3 weeks (not including shipping time), depending on order volume. If you need your resize sooner please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you. 


To discuss an exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of the receipt of your ring through e-mail at After 14 days, exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Non-custom rings, such as rings that were purchased from our stainless-steel selection, will be accepted for the exchange of another available, non-custom ring of equal or lesser value. 


Returns and Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. To discuss a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving of your ring through e-mail at After 14 days, a return or refund request may be denied. Before a refund can be given, we must have the ring(s) back in original condition.

In the event that we issue a refund, the refund will only cover up to, but not always, the original cost of the ring at purchase and will not cover taxes, expedited fees, or shipping fees

Order Cancellations

For regular orders: If you wish to cancel an order, you must make the request to do so within 1 days of placing your order. Requests to cancel an order after 1 day will be considered on a case-by-case basis and usually will depend upon volume of orders. To cancel an order, please contact us through e-mail at

The prices for our wooden rings can vary greatly depending on the materials used and the complexity of the design. Prices quoted on custom orders may be subject to change should the order prove to be more costly than originally estimated. Should the price differ from the original quote given, notice will be sent to you via email and/or other contact information provided. 


Not all materials will look exactly like the photo shown. Wood and stones are natural materials and colors can vary from each piece. We are able to “recreate” rings, they may not look exactly like the photo or drawings from the original idea. 


For payment online, we accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal money transfers. You may also place an order over the phone, using a credit card. For purchases made at art and craft shows, as well as by personal appointment, we accept cash and credit card payments. In the event of a refund, the payment will be issued to the original mode of payment. If the original transaction is more than 60 days old, the payment will be issued in the form of a check, paid and mailed to the credit card owner.

Sales Tax

All orders made online will reflect sales tax and be included in the final price at checkout.

Expedited Orders

We’re happy to expedite an order when a client requests and our production volume allows for it. Upon paying the expediting fee, we’ll agree upon a date, and work diligently to make sure your ring(s) arrive on time. However, paying the expediting fee does not guarantee that you will receive your order on the agreed upon date. In rare cases, issues arise with materials, technology, or the studio. 


All orders are made in and shipped from Orem, Utah, USA. While we do have some rings in-stock, (available for immediate delivery), most of our wood work is made to size upon order.  For in-stock rings, please allow 1-3 regular business days for your order to ship. For all other orders, please allow 1-2 weeks after receipt of payment so that we may craft and ship your order. This timeframe may vary depending on our current volume of orders, so please speak to us before placing your order for a more accurate estimate. 

We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage that occurs during shipping. When placing your order online, please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct. If you would like to purchase insurance for your shipment, please contact us before placing your order.

Client Materials

When a client brings us materials, we sometimes do not need their full complement in order to craft that client’s ring. If you like to have the leftover materials returned, please make the request along with your submitted order and we will be happy to send them along. If the materials to be returned are too large to be sent with the commission, you’re responsible for any additional shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your materials while in our possession or during shipping. However, know that we handle client materials with utmost care.
